Inside Sales Representative

About Screens & Things:

• Screens & Things is an established licensed glazing contractor with over 46 years of service on O’ahu.
• We serve residential, commercial, and governmental customers.
• While window/door screens are still important to our business, we also install windows, glass doors - both sliding and hinged, shower enclosures, mirrors, and more.

Requirements:

• We will provide training specific to our products and services. You just need to be willing to learn, be reliable, and motivated.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Reliable, enthusiastic, courteous, and motivated.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have basic computer knowledge and be familiar with both MS Office.
• We are a drug free workplace.
• College is a plus.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Customer service skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

• Selling our screen and glass, window and door products/services to customers in our showroom, through incoming telephone calls, and online.
• Providing quality customer care and responding to all customer inquiries in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
• Helping customers in our showroom, schedule appointments over the phone for our road crew and answer incoming telephone calls.
• Responsible for inside sales, basic estimating, pricing, quoting, and selling.

Benefits/Schedule:

• Competitive starting wages based on experience, typically starting $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, plus incentive, and benefits (medical, 401K, paid vacation and holiday pay). Our Mapunapuna office is conveniently located near the airport.

• Full time position.
• Hours of operation: Monday through Saturday from 7:30am-4:00pm.
• Saturdays required with one weekday off.
• 8 hour day shift.
