Where do you come in? We are looking for consultative sales representatives to sell marketing plans and strategies. As we say… We sell PLANS, not PAPER. We are looking for true closers who know that “no” is where the sale begins, and the results are in the follow-up. You will partner with our Customer Success Team, which ultimately builds our new and existing clients’ content strategies. This team of Customer Success Strategists works with our clients 1:1 to write ad copy and design cards, pull mailing lists, set up split testing, analyze results, and optimize these campaigns. Position Overview:

The Business Development Manager ensures new business revenue by engaging new prospects, delivering impactful sales presentations, and converting leads into long-term customers. This position will work closely with the Client Success Team to optimize processes, achieve key performance goals, drive client results, and contribute to account growth through proactive engagement and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities that reflect Scribe’s Ideal Client Profiles.
  • Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase solutions and drive conversions from self-prospected and inbound leads.
  • Execute daily follow-up activities to nurture prospects.
  • Identify and roadmap a cadence for future campaign opportunities.
  • Maintain proactive communication with prospects to address objections and move deals through the pipeline.
  • Engage with new clients to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights, improve sales strategies, and contribute to company growth initiatives.
  • Leverage internal sales resources and tools to enhance performance and align with company best practices.
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions and role-playing exercises to refine your skills and increase effectiveness.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy by maintaining up-to-date entries, including deal stages, detailed notes, and properly tracked follow-up tasks, to support an accurate and reliable sales pipeline.
