This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday) located at Scripps Clinic in Encinitas, California. As a Certified Hand Therapist, you will partner with experienced therapists to build strong relationships with patients and physicians, and see a variety of cases from post-surgical to orthopedic or neurological.

Job Responsibilities:
The Certified Hand Therapist will evaluate and assess patient function or ability, including establishing a plan of care according to standards of practice. They will perform reassessment relative to initial evaluation and modify plan of care as needed with outpatient hand therapy patients. Demonstrated clinical skills with upper extremity splinting and hand therapy treatment interventions are essential.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- A graduate degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
- A current Occupational Therapy license in the State of California
- A current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Certification from the Hand Therapy Certification Commission
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with 2 years of CHT experience are preferred, but not required.

Position Pay Range: $52.28-$75.96/hour
Salary : $52 - $76
