This role involves providing direct patient care within the scope of practice, assessing patients' needs, planning and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating progress towards expected outcomes.
As a member of our close-knit Site-Based Float Pool at Scripps Memorial Encinitas, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care. This position is ideal for a flexible RN who is willing to be adaptable and work in various settings.
Requirements:
- One year of RN experience
- Current CA RN License
- BLS and ACLS Healthcare Provider certifications through American Heart Association
- Registered nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Ability to speak, read, and follow instructions in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred qualifications include:
- BSN
- One year of acute RN experience
- Telemetry or Progressive Care experience
- CMSRN and NIHHS Stroke Certification
- Epic EHR working experience
