This Advanced Practice Nurse role requires a dedicated individual to lead our Maternal Child Health team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage clinical teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance nursing practice.
- Evaluate and improve clinical processes to enhance patient safety.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address healthcare needs.
- Represent the department in internal and external forums.
Requirements:
- At least two years' experience as an RN, preferably in the APN role.
- Current CA RN license and BLS certification.
- Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring and Advanced NRP certifications required.
- Master's degree with preference for CNS or related field.
