Join a motivated, passionate and winning team supporting Scripps Health as an Informatics Analyst. You will be joining the Ambulatory Team which is patient focused and looking for someone who is open to learning, develop, problem solve and work together to improve how healthcare is delivered.
As an Informatics Analyst you will;
- Utilize operations and/or clinical knowledge to consult with the business to identify workflow, data and application requirements.
- Work with integrated development resources to generate documentation and facilitate solution designs, ensuring solution meets customer needs.
- Facilitate identification of best practices and makes recommendations for standardization.
- Assist in establishing education strategies for staff and physicians.
- Build and maintain clinical applications.
Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
- Two years of operations experience.
- Good critical and analytical thinking and excellent customer service skills.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
Required Certification/Registration:
- Ability to obtain Epic Ambulatory Certification required within six months of hire or 90 days after last class.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
- Has led small projects or technical activities.
- Previous Informatics experience
- Epic Ambulatory Certification.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Business analyst and/or project management experience.
