In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who share your commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Our Site Based Float Pool provides critical nursing support to our acute care units at Scripps La Jolla, Scripps Green, and Scripps Encinitas hospitals.
As a registered nurse in our Float Pool, you will provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of a plan of care, while working collaboratively with other members of the patient care team. You will also have the opportunity to float to different units and enjoy flexibility with your work schedules.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have one year of recent RN experience in an adult ICU, California Registered Nurse License, Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification, ability to speak, read, and follow instructions in English, and demonstrate positive behaviors.
