This full-time, salaried position follows a Monday-Friday day shift schedule. The role requires availability for on-call coverage during Imaging Department hours, including sick call coverage and emergency call on weekends. The position is based at Scripps Memorial Hospital in Encinitas.

As the Manager of Imaging Services, you will be responsible for the day-to-day imaging operations for multiple cost centers within the Clinics. In addition, you will participate in system committees regarding imaging services and improvements.

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:
- Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
- Must remain in original department/specialty
- Must remain in original Job Title
- Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of a formal training/educational program in an AMA/JCERT approved school of Radiology Technology
- 5 years' experience in General Diagnostic Radiology, Interventional Radiology, Computerized Tomography, Mammography or Cardiology
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
- Demonstrated leadership and/or managerial capabilities required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years Supervisor or Manager level experience within imaging services
- ARRT or CRT or ARMRIT or ARDMS or CCI
- EPIC working experience
- Strong background in MRI
- Strong background in CT
- Inpatient and Outpatient experience
Benefit Status: FT - FULL-TIME WITH BENEFITS
Minimum Rate (USD): 73.57 - Maximum Rate (USD): 106.89
