Scripps Health seeks a highly skilled Advanced Practice Nurse to lead our Maternal Child Health team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced nursing practice and leadership within the department.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Evaluate and improve clinical practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement educational programs to support staff development.
- Contribute to the advancement of nursing practice and research.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years' experience as an RN, preferably in the APN role.
- Current CA RN license and BLS certification.
- Fetal Heart Monitoring and Advanced NRP certifications required.
- Master's degree with preference for CNS or related field.
