Position Pay Range: $82.22-$102.78/hour

Responsibilities Include
- Development, implementation of and coordinating of system pharmacy and therapeutics drug monographs, preparing agendas, medication use evaluations (MUEs) and other duties as assigned.
- Assists site clinical managers in the cost-effective use of drugs within the facility, ensuring formulary compliance and evaluation.
- Monitors utilization patterns and reviewing the literature to assure the most up to date, effective therapy practices with respect to drug therapy are being utilized.

- Must remain in original department/specialty
- Must remain in original Job Title
- Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.
- Pharm.D. Degree required.
- 3-5 years hospital experience required where key responsibilities include routine support for P&T meetings/activities, provision of drug information support or clinical education to clinicians, and direct participation as a leader in supporting the development and implementation of new clinical services/activities..
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to make verbal presentations to large groups.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Good drug information retrieval skills.
- California Pharmacist license.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Pharmacy Residency preferred.
- BCPS preferred.
- Previous management experience preferred.
