Staff and leadership work side by side each day to improve processes and solve problems, all to provide quality service to patients.Responsibilities include : Monthly environmental samplingCompetency assessment for compounding personnelTraining of new staffTraining of EVS staff to clean the IV roomsMonitoring staff compliance with proper compounding techniqueAuditing for compliance with standard work and regulatory complianceExperience / Specialized Skills :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Required Certification / Registration :
- Current Pharmacy Technician License.
- Certification by a National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (CPhT) required within 6 months of hire.
- Minimum 2 years pharmacy technician experience.
- Required Education / Course(s) / Training :
- 5 years inpatient experience preferred
- 2 years sterile compounding experience preferredJob :
