We invite you to join our Physical Therapy department as a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist at Scripps Mercy in Hillcrest. You will support the inland San Diego community by seeing a variety of both male and female out-patients being referred from Urology and Gastrointestinal departments. The ideal candidate for this position is comfortable working independently in the OB department and will use their strong experience in pelvic floor physical therapy to positively impact patients every day.
The Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist provides Physical Therapy evaluation, assessment, prognosis, treatment, and education as prescribed by qualified medical practitioner in accordance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act and Title 16 requirements.
$4k New Hire Incentive, $3K Relocation Incentive if moving from 100 miles away.

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met
- Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
- Must remain in original department/specialty
- Must remain in original Job Title
- Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a PT in the State of California
Formal Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy training
Current BLS from the American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
At least one year of Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy experience
Physical therapy manual therapy skills

Minimum Rate (USD): 52.28 - Maximum Rate (USD): 75.96
