This position is eligible for New Hire and Relocation Incentives up to $7K.

About the Role
You will be part of a Model Care Team, focused on excellent standardized practices and evidence-based patient-centered care in the 30-bed Neuro-Surgical Trauma ICU (NST ICU).
The NST ICU specializes in caring for acute patients with various disease states. As a destination center for higher-level Neuro-Surgical Trauma care in Southern California, we implement progressive programs and therapies.
- Gain experience in trauma surgery care, trauma care, or care of critically injured trauma patients.
- Comprehensive Stroke Care
- Neurosurgery
- EVD, Camino, Licox, Lumbar drain
- Interventional Radiology
- Shock and advanced resuscitation measures
- Mechanical circulatory support
Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct patient care within the scope of your practice.
- Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care, and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
About You
The ideal candidate will have one year of adult ICU experience, be committed to elevating their professional practice, and seek to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
