We're also home to notable specialty programs, including cancer care, heart surgery, orthopedic surgery, labor and delivery services (including a Level III neonatal intensive care unit) and a nationally designated Comprehensive Stroke Center.This is a Full time, benefitted position at La Jolla Memorial Hospital. The shift varies but could start as early as 0430 and PACU is open until 11pm. The shift is 10.25 hours and 60 hours per 2 week pay period. This role will be trained to work in PreOp / PACU and Cath Lab recovery as a Peri anesthesia nurse. PACU is open on Saturday and there is occasional weekend call.Scripps is an AWARD WINNING WORKPLACE

- Minimum 1 year RN experience
- Current CA RN License
- Current BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association
- Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors.Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- Strongly preferred - Minimum 2 years ICU and or ED and / or 1 year of acute PREOP / PACU RN experience
