Per contract we must have the I9 on file for audits. Must be AHA or RQI, must have front and signed back. Instructor cards are acceptable. NOT required for RNs working OR.Certs through MTN are acceptable if it is a traveler's initial assignment, but all renewals must be through AHA.Required for DOU, MedSurg, Tele, PCU, ICU, and ED.
