Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support NIH Stroke Certification CA Venipuncture Certification Job Details REQUIRED : CNMT, CA Venipuncture, BLS REQUIRED : Call required 7-10 days per month : weekdays 1530-2000. weekends 0800-2000. Must confirm candidate is aware and agrees to call requirement with submittal. Preferred : Stress Test Knowledge Includes weekends Job Requirements State License 1 Verification CA Venipuncture Certification - Required for CT techs, MRI Techs, and Nuclear Med Techs. Schedule Information Call required 7-10 days per month : weekdays 1530-2000. weekends 0800-2000. Unit Specific Information Includes weekends Additional Details Proof of W4 is required. We do not have to send over to the facility, but we must have it on file. Per contract we must have the I9 on file for audits. Must be AHA or RQI, must have front and signed back. Instructor cards are acceptable. NOT required for RNs working OR.Certs through MTN are acceptable if it is a traveler's initial assignment, but all renewals must be through AHA.Required for DOU, MedSurg, Tele, PCU, ICU, and ED.
