ScriptCentral LLC is a pharmacy integration company that creates and manages mail order pharmacy(s) for medical practices. ScriptCentral handles the administrative and pharmaceutical operations so medical practices can focus on treating patients. We pride ourselves on our customer-centric approach and our commitment to implementing a fully-licensed, turnkey mail-order pharmacies created by physicians, for physicians. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Executive Client Account Manager to join our executive leadership.

As an Executive Client Account Manager , you will be responsible for new and existing client accounts, business planning, and through a wide variety of communication methods to influence and impact results with physicians, client senior management and board relationships. Your role is to serve as the main point of contact, and ensuring a seamless experience for both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with marketing strategies, and a solid background in using various software tools to enhance productivity and client satisfaction. Works across highly matrixed organization and willing to travel and be onsite as client onboards.

Key Responsibilities :

Account Management :

  • Business Acumen – Demonstrates the analytical, marketplace and clinical knowledge and skills required for the development of strategies that grow referrals. Exhibits strong technical proficiency in terms of the specialty pharmacy space.
  • Business Planning – Demonstrates ability to build, adapt, and follow through on an effective business plan that achieves and exceeds sales goals. Revaluates and adapts with changing market conditions. Invests time and effort on the areas with the greatest return on investment.
  • Account Management – Uses all available information to understand customers’ needs and identify opportunities. Understands the complexity of the account and connect the dots on where and who can influence decisions within the client account. Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our services.
  • Influence and Impact – uses a wide variety of communications methods, selling skills and promotional tools to appropriately influence and impact results. Can adjust messaging and style based on customer relationship (i.e. prospect, emerging, established).
  • Business Partnering – Leverages relationships, national and state professional organizations, and the broader medical community to promote ScriptCentral. Strong relationship management, influence and consulting skills with proven ability to build trust across a diverse population of leaders and stakeholders

Data Management and Reporting :

  • Experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions. Intermediate skill in Excel and other
  • spreadsheet applications to manage client data, track account performance, and generate reports.

  • Leverage Tableau for data visualization and reporting to provide actionable insights to the management team. Excellent analytical, reasoning, communication and presentation skills.
  • Marketing :

  • Possess a “roll up your sleeves and get the job done approach” to work attitude. Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials that resonate with specific client segments.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide feedback to improve outcomes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Handle client complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with at least 10 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
  • Willing to travel to multiple States when needed.
  • 10 years of experience in account management, preferably within the healthcare or pharmacy industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
