Job Details
The candidate must be an established technical leader with excellent strategic outlook and proven track record of delivering technology solutions which optimally meet customer needs.
- 12 years of experience in a technical role with hands on experience and proven delivery success. Previous experience architecting solutions that integrate with vendor platforms is highly preferred
- Strong leadership skills, at least 6 years of experience managing global cross-functional teams independently and with minimal oversight
- Experience designing and implementing complex multi-tenant technology solutions based on leading market products, preferably in Compliance domains
- Proven ability to use strong industry knowledge to understand client needs, design competitive solutions, and successfully partner with multiple clients who are sharing the same technology platform
- Excellent trouble-shooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and document the root cause of issues, and effectively communicate and manage possible resolutions
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross cultural teams located globally
- Willingness to take ownership and accountability to execute and deliver on goals, strong commitment to high quality standards.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to efficiently prioritize and multitask, and work under pressure to meet deadlines and team objectives.

- Knowledge of Finance products or previous experience within an Investment Bank is a plus
- Hands-on experience with full stack web application development, including Java, SQL, and front-end technologies is a plus
