Scrub Hub, Kansas City’s market leader in medical attire and accessories is searching for an energetic and full-time Assistant Store Manager (ASM) who shares our love for the customers we serve, the merchandise we sell and the overall experience we create at our Independence location.
As our Independence ASM, you will be responsible for the overall success of the store, including driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. It is a fun, fast-paced environment that goes beyond the typical retail assistant manager duties as you work closely with our business customers to meet their unique needs.
What You'll Do:
- Assist the Store Manager with leading a team of passionate retail associates to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Assist in overseeing all store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and cash handling.
- Assist in developing and training top talent to build a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Represent Scrub Hub Kansas City with professionalism and enthusiasm in the community.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Keyholder or ASM.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of POS systems and spreadsheet software e.g. Microsoft Excel.
- A passion for meeting customer needs.
