Location: Hudson Valley, NY

Hours: 16-20 hours per week

Pay: $16.00 - $17.25 per hour

Start Date: Immediate Opening

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning and sanitization of various commercial spaces, ensuring all areas meet the highest cleanliness standards.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and surfaces in offices, break rooms, restrooms, and other common areas.
• Restock cleaning supplies and materials in bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas as needed.
• Empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash in designated areas while ensuring the proper handling of waste materials.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors, ensuring they remain spotless and well-stocked.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and any other areas that require maintenance to preserve a professional appearance.
• Follow health and safety cleaning protocols, ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Report maintenance issues or needed repairs to management for immediate resolution.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate with other team members to maintain cleaning standards.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and the ability to maintain high standards of performance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain standing for extended periods.
• Must be comfortable using a variety of cleaning equipment and supplies, including vacuums, mops, and disinfectants.
• Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
• No previous cleaning experience required – we provide comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure success in the role.
