- Develop and implement management strategies with the CEO
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Oversee operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
- Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through dynamic communication
- Drive business development and growth initiatives
- Collaborate with the CEO to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Create engaging visual content using Canva
- Develop and manage spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Utilize the Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) to drive productivity
- Identify and nurture the strengths of each team member to facilitate growth and development

- Experience in the commercial cleaning or facilities management industry is a plus
