WHAT YOU’LL DO:
✔ Be Everywhere, Do Everything – You’re a Road Warrior, visiting multiple job sites, ensuring quality standards, and filling in when needed.
✔ Work Hard & Lead by Example – This is a hands-on leadership role. You will clean, train, and supervise.
✔ Train & Motivate Teams – Teach new hires the right way to clean, disinfect, and maintain commercial spaces.
✔ Ensure Excellence – Conduct on-site inspections, enforce company standards, and step in wherever necessary.
✔ Be On Call – Emergencies happen, and we need someone reliable and ready to step up at a moment’s notice.
✔ Problem-Solve Like a Pro – Handle staffing shortages, customer concerns, and operational challenges without skipping a beat.
✔ Support Client Relations – Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their needs are met 100% of the time.
