Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? ScrubaDub Auto Wash Centers, New England's premier car wash, is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Natick, MA.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the friendly face of ScrubaDub, interacting with customers in-person and over the phone. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Provide top-notch customer service, both in-person and over the phone
- Educate customers about our products and services
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain accurate customer records in our database
- Stay up-to-date on our evolving products and services
- Assist with our unlimited membership program
- Data entry from different reporting systems
- Small incident report triaging
- Maintain clean and organized office and lounge area
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- A knack for building strong relationships with customers
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- A positive and professional attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Gmail, Word, and Excel
