ScrubaDub Auto Wash Centers is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to take our marketing, advertising and PR strategy to the next level across New England. This role reports directly to the President and Owners - if you want a voice in directing an established brand and market leader, this role is for you!
As a 55 year old family business, we're transitioning to the third generation of ownership and you will join our next generation leadership team. We are looking for an experienced Marketer to grow with us and build out our Marketing Department. Your main responsibilities will include optimizing existing marketing funnels (i.e. digital, print, radio, sports partnerships, retail etc), conducting market research, producing promotional materials, and innovating new marketing channels as we scale up.
Our ideal candidate is creative and entrepreneurial with experience creating innovative marketing campaigns to boost market share, brand equity, analyzing customer audience profiles/purchasing behaviors, improve customer acquisition, increase lifetime value of subscribers, and average revenue per customer. Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s marketing strategy is aligned with our immediate and long-term business goals.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and innovate successful organic and paid marketing strategies across digital, social, print, radio, TV, PR, email, text, and more; focused on acquisition of new customers and retention of existing Unlimited members.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals. Evolve, improve, eliminate non-performing strategies.
- Craft clear product marketing copy, POP signage in-store, and oversee production of promotional materials with design professionals.
- Organize and execute marketing and promotional activities for new locations, and services.
- Monitor reputation management platforms.
- Collaborate with the Director of Business Development on cross-promotion opportunities including charity/community initiatives, partnerships with sports teams, retailers, apartment communities and high-traffic events.
- Oversight of all community marketing initiatives. (Includes some weeknight & weekend events.)
- Supervision of Graphic Designer / Marketing Coordinator, interns, and marketing vendors (i.e digital agency, print, broadcast, sign, banner vendors etc)
- Conduct market research and customers’ research (e.g. purchasing habits, trends and preferences).
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in a related Marketing role (i.e. Coordinator/Manager/Director/VP) or related leadership role.
- College/University Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. Additional relevant Certifications or course work in relevant areas of Marketing
- Knowledge of B2C / B2B traditional and digital marketing tools, measurement, and Membership/Subscription.
- Expertise driving results with SEO/SEM campaigns, landing page conversion, and digital marketing.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Google Adwords, Meta Ads, Canva, Adobe Photoshop or illustrator
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Content Management software, email marketing platforms, and other relevant applications.
- Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
