We seek an experienced, creative, and entrepreneurial Marketer to optimize existing marketing funnels and explore innovative strategies across multiple channels.

Responsibilities :
Develop and execute innovative multi-channel marketing strategies to acquire new customers, engage Unlimited members, and boost retention across 20 retail properties with car washes, detailing centers, convenience stores and gas stations.
Analyze marketing campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and optimize our Marketing budget to achieve business goals.
Craft compelling product marketing copy, Point of Purchase (POP) signage, and promotional materials in collaboration with our Marketing team and designers.
Organize and oversee marketing and promotional activities for new locations.
Monitor and manage reputation platforms to enhance customer engagement / feedback.
Collaborate with the Leadership Team on cross-promotion opportunities, including internal marketing of employee awards / core values plus external partnerships with sports teams, retailers, and community events.
Manage the marketing team, including direct reports, interns, and external vendors, to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
Oversee community marketing initiatives, attending some events annually with our Marketing coordinator and team members.
Conduct market research to understand evolution of customer behaviors, trends, and preferences.
Qualifications & Requirements :
8 years of proven success in marketing, with leadership experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (relevant certifications are a plus).
Expertise in B2C and B2B marketing, with a focus on digital tools, campaigns, and knowledge of growing membership / subscription models.
Demonstrated success driving results with digital advertising platforms, SEO campaigns, and landing page optimization.
Proficiency with MS Office, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
Familiarity with and email marketing platforms, CRM software, and content management systems like WordPress.
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
