Position: Weekend Sales Associate
Location: Woodfield Mall
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays (Full days only), with some holidays Such as Black Friday

What You’ll Do:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude, helping them find the right products for their needs.
- Point of Sale (POS) Management: Operate the POS system, process sales transactions, and manage returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.
- Special Orders: Help customers place special orders for custom items or hard-to-find sizes.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked to ensure a welcoming environment for all shoppers.
- Team Support: Collaborate with coworkers to maintain store standards and ensure a positive shopping experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a must.
- Reliable Transportation: You must have your own transportation or the ability to get to work on time.
- Full-Day Availability: This is a full-day weekend position—we are looking for someone who can commit to working entire days on Saturdays and Sundays (no half days).
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage transactions accurately and efficiently, with a focus on the customer experience.
- Positive Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile for customers.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using POS systems and handling basic store operations.
