Role:
SCS Financial is looking for a Senior Associate to join the Client Analytics & Reporting team. The Client Analytics & Reporting team is responsible for designing, maintaining and enhancing the firm’s client reporting infrastructure and supporting advisors and clients with analytical and technical support. This is an exciting opportunity that will assist in a variety of functions including creation, review and delivery of key client reporting deliverables, validation of client data and performance metrics, and operational support related to client and advisor inquires.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Own production of key client reporting deliverables on a monthly, quarterly and ad hoc basis
- Collaborate with the team and advisors to support evolving client reporting needs, from consolidated client portfolio reporting to end client portal maintenance
- Provide oversight and assist in managing critical custom reporting external data dependencies
- Participate in initiatives designed to improve internal workflows as well as enhance client and advisor experiences
- Oversee maintenance of benchmark data, portfolio/security characteristics and data quality controls
- Provide operational support via ad hoc client and advisor inquiries on a day-to-day basis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years’ experience in performance reporting/analytics, data quality, investment operations, and/or client service within the financial services industry
- Experience in wealth management, RIA or family office is preferred
- Experience with alternative investment operations and performance reporting software (e.g., Addepar)
- Analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail and proven success with process management
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work independently, build strong cross functional relationships to effectively drive organized, impactful outcomes
- Pro-active and solutions-oriented with a service-first mentality
