Now, here’s where you come in. We need a super-organized, go-with-the-flow Administrative Assistant who can keep up with our friendly (but sometimes messy) entrepreneurial boss. What You'll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers)
Keeping Things Organized – Our boss has a million ideas and needs someone who can keep track of schedules, tasks, and reminders without breaking a sweat.
Scheduling Like a Pro – From meetings to podcasts to events, you’ll make sure everything (and everyone) is where they need to be, on time.
Managing Emails & Communication – If inboxes overwhelm you, this job isn’t for you. But if you love organizing emails, keeping up with messages, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, we need you.
You should be well-versed in managing and posting on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Whether it’s drafting posts, engaging with followers, or helping coordinate content, you’ll play a role in that.
Helping with Podcast & Training Logistics – From coordinating guests to making sure everything runs smoothly, you’ll help produce top-notch content.
Random But Important Tasks – Running a quick errand? Maybe. Helping put together training materials? Definitely. No two days will be exactly the same.
Working from Our Home Office – You’ll report to our big home office where we all work together like a family. Some remote work will happen occasionally, but for the most part, you’ll be here in person, making sure everything stays on track.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Someone super organized (like, “color-coded calendar” level of organized)
✔ A problem-solver who can figure things out without hand-holding
✔ A strong communicator who can keep things moving without micromanaging
✔ Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
✔ Well-versed in social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
✔ Able to pivot quickly when plans change (because they will)
✔ Someone who knows how to use Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic tech tools
✔ A team player who can work independently but also collaborate when needed
✔ Someone who fits into our “work family” vibe – we laugh a lot, work hard, and have a good time doing it
