Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our production team. This role requires a keen eye for quality, a positive attitude, and a drive for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is adaptable, eager to learn new skills, and comfortable working across multiple areas of our assembly and manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble firearm components with precision, following detailed blueprints and specifications.
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
- Identify and report defects or inconsistencies, proposing solutions to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.
- Cross-train in various areas to support production and manufacturing needs including, but not limited to, plastic injection molding, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.

- Legal Requirements: Must pass a background check and comply with all federal and state firearm regulations.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
