About the Role:
- Lead multiple specialized teams to deliver excellence in residential and commercial solar installations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Manage employee relations issues, project-related problems, and time & attendance with scheduling.
- Meet with general contractors, commercial project managers, and program representatives.
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university OR four or more years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, AdobeSign, & DocuSign.
- Proficiency with Scoop CRM.
- Commitment to safety standards and quality assurance.
