Sungarden Terrace (“Sungarden”) is looking for a leader to complete their team. Sungarden is a jewel Residential Care Facility for the Elderly, nestled in a country like setting in the City of Lemon Grove, CA. Highly regarded in the senior living industry, with over twenty-two years caring for the aging population. We offer the right candidate a group of staff with years of experience and great qualifications who love residents and are very involved with families.Sungarden is home to 65 residents, with accommodations for 43 assisted living and 22 memory care. The business is managed by SD Commercial, LLC.We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our family-like environment to direct the daily operations, celebrate our successes, and introduce new and innovative ideas to benefit the residents, staff, and company. The Administrator will join us in taking pride in knowing we make a difference and are fortunate to be part of providing meaningful lifestyles and relationships. The Administrator must have a strong working knowledge of Title 22 and OSHA regulations and safety codes. The Administrator must maintain ethical and high standards and qualities, to ensure and promote the health, safety and satisfaction of residents, families, and team members. The ideal candidate will be able to accomplish these daily operations, by offering a leadership style of compassion, patience, active listening, commitment to the team and respect and must have strong communication skills.Qualifications:

• College degree in related field and/ or equivalent education and experience as approved by the Department of Social Services.
• A valid California Residential Care Facility for the Elderly Certification.
• Experience supervising, training, and managing employees.
• Enjoy working with seniors and with individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, related disease, and other aging service’s needs.
• Flexible, adapt and respond to change and make decisions.
• Able to analyze, solve and respond to problems or concerns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check maintained by the DOJ and Health Screening tests, including COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test within 72 hours of start date.
