Sales Support Trainee

As an entry-level Sales Support Trainee, you will be instrumental in driving revenue and expanding our clients’ customer bases. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Engage directly with potential, former, and current customers to introduce our clients’ product and service offerings
• Manage and oversee individual client accounts, ensuring accurate records, timely updates, and proactive resolution of any issues or concerns
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction
• Assess customer needs and present appropriate solutions to meet their specific requirements
• Execute the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients and customers alike
• Collaborate with Management and fellow entry-level Sales Support Trainee to provide valuable insights into customer preferences and market trends
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth objectives

Entry-Level Sales Support Trainee Skills:

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, Hospitality, Telecommunications or a related field is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to our Virginia Beach location and the ability to meet directly with our clients
