We are currently seeking trustworthy cleaners who have specialized expertise in Turnover and Airbnb cleaning policies. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in delivering high-quality cleaning services to meet the unique needs of short-term rental properties. This role requires individuals who can work efficiently, follow instructions meticulously, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of short-term rental properties according to Airbnb cleaning policies and guidelines.
- Complete turnovers efficiently and within designated timeframes.
- Ensure all areas of the property are cleaned to the highest standards, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Change linens and replenish supplies as needed.
- Communicate effectively with property owners/managers to address any specific cleaning instructions or requirements.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages, missing items discovered during cleaning.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cleaner, specifically in Turnover and Airbnb cleaning.
- Familiarity with Airbnb cleaning policies and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
