Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers to be there for support, presenting tailored products and services that align with their needs to help them with their service
- Collaborate with the sales team and other Customer Support Representatives to strategize and enhance sales performance and improve customer support
- Stay up to date with current products, services, and promotions, to effectively assist customers
- Build and maintain relationships with current and new customers, being there to answer any questions promptly
- Process sales orders for customers and follow up with them on their delivery showing care and attention
- Consistently meet or exceed sales metrics set, directly impacting the success of the company
Customer Support Representative Qualifications:
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn, advancing from an Customer Support Representative into a management role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
- Previous customer support, sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus
