Join one of the largest independent lighting fixture and controls manufacturers’ representatives in the nation!

Our growing team is in need of a Lighting Quotations Specialist to prepare cost estimates for lighting products on commercial projects. Strong computer skills, solid writing ability along with courteous and competent verbal communication skills is a must. We are in search of talented, enthusiastic individuals to add to our team.

Your Responsibilities

· Compile and organize bills of material and generating RFQ’s for vendors

· Calculating and updating pricing information

· Preparation of lighting quotations requests for varied customer base

· Coordinate directly with suppliers to discuss material specifications, confirm and clarify bill of materials

· Communicate with customers directly and in conjunction with quotations manager to assist them through the bidding process

· Ability to work in team environment while building strong working relationships with inside/outside sales teams and customer base

What We’re Looking For

Education:

Associates or Bachelor's degree with emphasis on business, engineering or technology preferred. Equivalent knowledge through job related experience and training may also qualify.

Skills:

· Candidate must have excellent customer service and effective written and verbal communication skills

· Strong math and computer abilities

· Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
