Job Description

The Concrete Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of concrete construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of concrete workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and safely, and that all work is completed to the required standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of concrete construction projects, from planning to completion
• Manage a team of concrete workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and safely
• Ensure that all work is completed to the required quality standards
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with other construction professionals, such as architects and engineers, to ensure that projects are completed to the required specifications
• Ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are followed
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and costs

Requirements

• 3 years' experience as a Superintendent
• 2 years' experience working with concrete 
• Excellent knowledge of concrete construction techniques and materials
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
