You will be responsible for maintaining our sides, while receiving meats from our line cooks to bag or plate for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Serve customers their meals in an efficient manner
- Communicate food orders to the kitchen staff
- Accurately place orders together without missing items
- Maintain and serve sides and salads
- Remove dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware from tables
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Experience as a busser, barback, food runner, or similar position is preferred
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Availability to work evening and weekend shifts
