Position Summary:
Serve as the primary point of contact to our customers and sales team on all issues related to orders. Verify inventory availability. Responsible for maintaining customer information in MRP system. Receive, review, and process international and domestic customer orders. Work with logistics and freight forwarders to facilitate shipments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serve as primary point of contact to our customers and sales team on all issues related to orders
- Receive, review, and process international and domestic customer orders
- Keep customers informed of order status
- Proactive approach to customer needs. Partner with sales team to obtain customer quarterly forecast
- Review customer order patterns to anticipate their needs
- Coordinate new customer set-up in MRP system and send out credit applications
- Reports and tracks major discrepancies, late-shipments, replacements, damage, and other issues
- Attends certified training program for international shipping regulations and requirements
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other department team members
- Works with Finance Department to minimize aged accounts receivable and resolve invoice queries within a timely manner
- Participates in development and maintenance of departmental workflow processes and continuous improvement programs
- Work with freight forwarders to facilitate shipping domestic and international orders
- Interfaces with customers regarding customized shipping instructions and needs
- Generate weekly sales consolidation or other reports requested by the sales team

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and minimum three years’ customer support and or sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Salary : $68,000 - $92,000
