Sales Manager – Dynamic Leadership Opportunity in Real Estate Investment

We’re looking for a Sales Manager who understands the art and science of sales, knows how to motivate a team, and can drive performance through structured coaching, accountability, and leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Host daily sales trainings to sharpen the team’s skills and boost confidence.
- Underwrite single-family homes to determine competitive cash offers.
- Track and analyze sales KPIs, ensuring every team member is meeting expectations.
- Hold monthly 1-on-1 meetings to develop and support individual team members.
- Ensure deals are moving efficiently through the pipeline and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Engage with customers as needed to ensure top-notch service and maintain relationships.
- Support the sales floor—be present, offer real-time coaching, and keep energy high.
- Ensure all leads are followed up on in a timely and strategic manner.
- Be accountable for the overall production of the sales floor.
Who You Are:
5 years of sales experience and 3 years managing salespeople specifically.
A natural leader who understands salespeople’s personalities and how to motivate them effectively.
Experienced in driving team performance through accountability and coaching.
Proficient in KPIs and sales metrics—you know how to analyze performance and optimize results.
Comfortable making cash offers on real estate deals and ensuring deals move efficiently.
A strong communicator who can provide coaching, feedback, and motivation in a way that inspires action.
Personable, customer-focused, and willing to step in to ensure top-tier client satisfaction.
