POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for achieving store revenue goals, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, including safety and loss prevention compliance, production/retail operations, customer, and donor satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Daily store operations, completing required reports, and achieving revenue goals.
- Maintaining excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns, and investigating issues.
- Providing products that meet company pricing and quality standards.
- Analyzing store performance, collaborating with the District Manager on sales/production strategies.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-merchandised store environment.
- Motivating, training, and developing staff in a positive work environment to retain employees, increase productivity, and achieve departmental goals.
- Implementing organizational initiatives such as 4DX methodology and Kaizen continual improvement.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
- Five years minimum of related experience.
- Computer Skills: Email, Internet use, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Certificates & Licenses: Valid CA Driver's License, proof of insurance, and driving record acceptable by Goodwill's insurance company.
- Able to operate electronic cash register, perform simple arithmetic, and read sales reports.
