Job Summary
Cargo Van Delivery Driver
30 year locally owned and operated delivery company located in Centennial is seeking a safety-minded Customer-Service-Oriented driver. Applicant will be driving one of our refrigerated vans picking up and delivering product ranging from envelopes to multiple heavy boxes. It's not unusual to make a delivery across town with only 1 small box. Our Primary coverage area is within a 100 mile radius.
Responsibilities and Duties
Daily pre-trip vehicle safety checks on your assigned vehicle
Communicate closely with dispatch using our on-line app
Load, route and deliver product in efficient and safe manner
Typically will make between 5 - 10 deliveries per day
Full time 8:30-5:30pm Mon - Fri(some over-time due to traffic)
Product typically weighs under 30lbs but may weigh up to 75lbs
Be safety conscious
Be able to use dolly to move product into tight areas indoors
Verifiable prior delivery experience
Light warehouse
Light in-office paperwork duties
Qualifications and Skills
Valid drivers license
Must be at least 21 years old
Able to lift up to 75lbs
Able to pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
Good Motor Vehicle Record
Prior delivery experience is needed. Min 2 years delivery
Able to work with minimal supervision
Have strong work ethic
Be reliable
Pay
$21-$24/hour (depending on experience)

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
