Responsibilities: Must Have Connect Carolina Experience
- Submitting Invoices:
- Process and submit invoices, ensuring all necessary details are included for accurate billing and payment.
- Approving Transactions:
- Review and approve financial transactions such as vouchers and requisitions in, ensuring compliance with organizational and sponsored project policies.
- Submitting Journals:
- Submit journal entries to record financial transactions accurately in financial system.
- Submitting Payroll Actions:
- Input and submit payroll data, ensuring employee effort allocations are recorded properly.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in using financial systems such as RASR.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and payroll processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices, transactions, journals, and payroll actions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
