Two engagements.

First, the Arvest Fraud Transformation Study is scheduled to start in January (would be around 1 / 6 or 1 / 13) and run approximately 12-16 weeks. Deb will be working with the client to map out the Fraud Program, identify issues and potential solutions to the issues. Requires fraud regulatory experience and regulatory examination experience. She would be the equivalent of a AP / Director.

Second, Arvest Fraud Transformation Engagement is (hopefully) the result of the study. Actual area of focus and timeline will depend on the results of the study and agreement with Arvest. Typically, such engagements run approximately 18 months and would cover various aspects of a fraud program.
