This is a contract position that will work on-site in our Chicago Illinois campus 3 days a week, two days remote.
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a contract basis. This role will be dedicated to supporting Lenovo's IT Services Business Unit, requiring a deep understanding of the IT services landscape and strong sourcing skills to engage passive candidates. The ideal candidate will have previous experience recruiting for IT services roles and a proven ability to deliver top talent for critical business needs. This position involves heavy passive candidate sourcing, relationship building, and managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
