- Prepare and manage itemized invoices, including electronic invoicing for key clients.
- Maintain and update case records, perform conflict checks, and ensure compliance with client guidelines.
- Collaborate with consultants, lawyers, and administrative staff to resolve billing issues and monitor case-related budgets.
- Prepare spreadsheets and financial analyses related to billing and accounts receivable for internal and external use.
- Build strong client relationships and provide prompt, high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Business Partner with various department heads, as well as Partners & General Council
- Ad hoc projects as needed

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1 years of relevant experience (including internships or Co-ops)
