Corporate Accountant or Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:
- Monthly, quarterly, and year end reporting & financial statement preparation
- Oversight of operational accounting including expense reporting, management of reconciliations for payables
- Maintenance of the GL, preparation of journal entries
- Treasury responsibilities including cash reconciliations and banking relationship management
- Compliance responsibilities / partnering with the legal team for any regulatory requirements
- Resolve audit inquiries from external auditors during year-end audit
- Perform additional duties as and when assigned
Experience Necessary:
- BA/BS degree in Accounting from an accredited college/university required
- CPA is a plus, but not required
- 3 years of either Public Accounting or Corporate GL Accounting out of a top company
- Desire for growth & promotion within the company
- Strong Excel experience
