New Manager level opening with a Global Investment Management firm. This is a back-office financial operations role which will be responsible for monthly financial reporting, NAV analysis & reporting, as well as review of capital calls / distributions.
This is a great role for somebody out of Public Accounting with financial services experience and technical expertise, who is looking to transition into a corporate role with a top Asset Management firm.

Responsibilities:
- Supervision, mentorship, and professional development of the team
- Responsible for monthly fund financial reporting and analysis, including review of both balance sheets / P&Ls
- Review and analysis of complex legal agreements as they pertain to the funds
- Direct coordination and presentations for the CFO and Credit leadership team
- Cross-departmental business partnering, including reporting for investor relations, portfolio management, tax, and legal teams
- Review of capital calls and distributions
- Process improvement, involvement in systems integrations / upgrades
- Ad hoc projects as they arise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance and/or advanced degree
- 5 years of experience, including supervisory experience
- Private Equity / Venture Capital / Financial Services experience
- Big 4 experience is highly preferred, CPA is a plus
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Interest in growth and professional development
