About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Controller to oversee all financial operations of our global manufacturing and distribution company. This role will lead a team of 5 and involve direct exposure to our C-Level Executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of financial operations and reporting.
- Responsible for Cost Accounting / Inventory, including coordination with external auditors.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Manage general ledger accounting and ensure accurate financial statements.
- Oversight of accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit, and collections.
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing or tangible product industry experience preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification highly preferred.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Experience managing accounting and finance operations, benefits, payroll, and partnering with CPA firms.
- Able to be a strategic business partner to leadership.
