Senior Analyst - HR Systems & Process
High growth Financial Services firm is looking to add a Senior Analyst to their team with a focus on improvement over their HR Systems & Process. This position will report into the Director of the team and will offer a high level of exposure to Leadership - candidates will need strong communication skills both for horizontal business partnering, as well as direct communication with executives.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the HRIS system, ensuring that it meets the needs of the organization and is aligned with our overall HR strategy.
- Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with laws and regulations.
- Ensure internal procedures are compliant, efficient, and current; develop and implement processes reflecting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Maintenance, upgrades, audits, password resets, and other technical support related inquiries.
- Managing relationships with vendors, including HRIS and payroll service providers, and working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert regarding back-end data/position/organization management processes within the HR systems.
- Assure consistency of key performance indicators; data formatting, and related reporting and analytics practices and protocols
- Ad hoc projects as they arise
Requirements:
- Experience working with and manipulating data sets (in Excel, SQL, an HRIS platform, etc.)
- 1-2 years of experience in Financial, Data, or Business Analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal, written, and the ability to interact across the organization
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, or equivalent
