Senior Analyst, HRIS

Responsibilities:
- Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, and HR leadership plus external vendors
- Be the first line of technical support for internal HR system questions
- Develop HR business reporting dashboards for the leadership team
- Manage system implementations and streamlining processes related to the HRIS system
- Track processes into user guides to be utilized for future training purposes
- Reports to the Director of HRIS, part of a high-performing team
Qualifications:
- 2-8 years of HRIS experience is required
- Experience working in various Workday modules
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to come into the Boston office 3 days/week
